• A potential resident submits a housing inquiry
• A client contacts us directly regarding housing availability

During the initial review process, we determine basic eligibility, housing needs, availability, and overall fit for the housing program.

Step 2 — Intake Application

Once pre-screened, the applicant will complete an intake application providing:
• Basic personal information
• Income information
• Housing background
• Emergency contact information
• Referral or case manager information (if applicable)

Applications may be completed digitally through the website or through forms provided by Peaceful Haven LLC.

Step 3 — Review of Housing Options & Program Expectations

Applicants will review:
• Available housing options
• Shared or private room availability
• Monthly housing costs
• Move-in costs
• House guidelines and expectations
• Payment policies

Our goal is to ensure all residents understand the housing structure and expectations before approval and move-in.

Step 4 — Required Documentation & Agreement Completion

If approved, applicants may be required to provide:
• Valid identification
• Proof of income or funding
• Additional required documentation
• Signed housing or license agreement
• Acknowledgment of policies and expectations

Step 5 — Payment Processing

Move-in payments must be completed prior to move-in unless otherwise approved through verified funding sources or case management arrangements.

Digital payment methods may be available depending on the situation and payment arrangement.

Step 6 — Move-In Scheduling

Once all required documents and payments are completed, the move-in will be scheduled.

Residents will receive:
